The North Bay Spring Fling event has been indefinitely discontinued and will not be moving forward.
After careful review, the Board determined that the cumulative municipal licensing steps, approvals, inspections, deposits, insurance wording requirements, site access requirements, and administrative obligations have made the North Bay event operationally unworkable. This decision applies only to North Bay.
This decision applies only to the North Bay Spring Fling event. Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie Spring Fling events are not affected.
Vendor applications and volunteer signups for North Bay are now closed. Vendors who have already paid will be contacted directly regarding refund processing.
